The Marquis™ 70 Tri-Deck Motor Yachts is the latest creation formed from the partnership of Nuvolari-Lenard Naval Architects of Venice Italy and Marquis, America's foremost builder of premium quality yachts. The result is being admired by experienced yachtsmen for its timeless styling as well as its superior engineering and construction quality.

This new Tri-Deck style yacht is an expansive and substantial vessel. It offers opulent living accommodations on three separate decks providing the owners and their guests with a widely variable selection of living and entertaining environments.

The upper deck and pilothouse provide an elevated, 360 degree view of the yacht's surroundings. Recognize the distinction between a typical bridge and this yacht's pilothouse. The Marquis 70's pilothouse is fully enclosed within a rigid structure. Interior climate is controlled by opening the numerous hatches, doors and windows or by utilizing the thermostatically controlled heating / air conditioning system. The upper level is outfitted with a combination of planked teak and inlaid carpet flooring, salon quality furniture and handcrafted cabinetry including a wet bar and entertainment center. The aft bulkhead door invites you onto the upper deck's portico that can be outfitted with numerous deck chairs, a built in grill and other convenient accruements. The Tri-Deck design means every voyage will be made in total comfort.

The Marquis 70 Tri-Deck's salon will likely be the place for more formal gatherings and evening dining. An array of Italian Poltrona Frau® handmade leather furniture provides both stylish and comfortable seating. The adjacent gourmet galley and serving center is situated on the same floor level as the salon. This is a feature that is difficult to find in other brands of yachts but certain to be appreciated by those considering the Marquis 70 Tri-Deck.

Three separate staterooms (a fourth stateroom is available) and three head compartments (all equipped with dedicated showers) are situated below decks. The owner's stateroom uses the yacht's full 18 foot 4 inch beam to provide a true yacht grade living environment. The cedar closets, vanity, double sinks, shower and tub make the master stateroom homelike and comfortable.

A unique feature on the Marquis 70 Tri-Deck is the cabin located off the yacht's transom and swim platform. This area can be utilized as captain's quarters or as a sea side cabana complete with its own shower, head and sink. This makes a very convenient spot for changing into and out of swim wear and as a storage area for water toys, fishing equipment or dive gear.

As with all Marquis Motor Yachts, the 70 Tri-Deck is built and certified to comply with CE "A" Classification, the most stringent yacht construction specifications in the world. The new Marquis 70 Tri-Deck is not only beautiful and well equipped but it's built to cruise any body of water throughout the world making it a true global-class yacht.
